You feel like you're at a crossroads or struggling to figure out what's next for your life...this is too big for a one hour call. You're looking to emotionally vent, focus on the past, or struggling with mental health issues. It's important that you get that support from friends, family, or a therapist.
You've spent time reflecting on the specific issue(s) that is holding you back...this is YOUR life.
You have some ideas on what to do next, but are struggling to take action.
You are looking for modest, but meaningful progress (This call is not for BIG issues).
You need a fresh perspective and are open to be challenged in your thinking.
You can state your issue like this: My question/issue is this [where you need help].
I will be walking during this call.
You may hear traffic or neighborhood noises, but I try to minimize the impact on the audio quality.
Taking notes is up to you...if you are walking too, we can arrange to record the call for you to review later.

BIG "what's next" questions take time to clarify. The deeper questions around your vision and identity must be examined before a "to do" list is made.
Please be on time.
I will wait five minutes for a latecomer, but after that, I will use the time for meditative walking and your session is forfeited.
If you're not going to make it, please cancel/reschedule your session 48 hours in advance. After that your fee is nonrefundable and we can't guarantee rebooking ( though I'll do my best).
TIP: Be ready 5 minutes before the call. Take a few cleansing breaths and review the question(s) you want to address during the call.
I may interrupt you.
Sometimes we can put ourselves in a spiral simply from talking too fast.
I may interrupt you to slow down your thinking or to prevent rambling/rehashing material already covered.
I may share reflections from our conversation on YouTube.
One of my main inspirations for coaching is to serve as many people as possible. This can be achieved by sharing common questions from client conversations.
I will not share any identifying or confidential information. Remember...you are not alone in what you are trying to overcome or achieve. We can learn so much from each other!
